Job Title: Ticketing Assistant (Hybrid – Manchester)

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for travel and customer service? We are looking for a Ticketing Assistant to join a dynamic travel company, based in Manchester, working on a hybrid basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in managing and amending travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and manage flight tickets for clients across a range of destinations.
• Handle ticket amendments, cancellations, and reissues efficiently.
• Assist the reservations and sales teams with booking confirmations and fare calculations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all queries are handled professionally and promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with ticketing regulations, airline policies, and industry changes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a ticketing or travel operations role.
• Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for travel and a customer-focused approach.
