Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Mobile Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. The Role: As a Mobile Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and infrastructure across multiple commercial sites in Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas. You will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to our clients, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, to high standards, and in compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: ? Perform routine plumbing maintenance and repairs on commercial properties. ? Diagnose and fix plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages. ? Install, test, and commission plumbing systems and equipment. ? Carry out water hygiene tasks, including TMV checks, legionella monitoring, and testing. ? Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. ? Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. ? Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4) to cover emergency call-outs. What We Offer: ? Competitive Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. ? On-call Allowance: £150 per standby week. ? Company Van: Fully equipped, including a fuel card. ? Tools & Equipment: All tools and uniforms provided. ? NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent. ? Proven experience in a commercial plumbing environment. ? Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. ? Full UK driving license. ?
