MET Technician

MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for a skilled MET Technician! MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are representing a leading automotive repair bodyshop who are seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their team in Bolton. As an MET Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of a mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on damaged vehicles. You will be responsible for the repairing and replacement of components. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for but not limited to: * Diagnosing issues, repairing, or replacing components * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicle with effectiveness * Repairing and replacement of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems * Conducting thorough inspections and testing to validate the safety of the repaired vehicles * Stripping and refitting parts on vehicles * Carrying out 4-wheel alignment As an MET Technician, you will have: * Previous experience as an MET Technician in an accident repair centre / bodyshop * ATA Qualified (Preferable) Schedule: * Monday to Thursday: 8AM – 4:30PM * Friday: 8AM – 3:30PM * Overtime available Benefits: * Holiday Allowance: 21 days + 8 bank holidays * Every year served you will accumulate an extra day up until 25 days * Standard nest pension * Competitive salary If you are interested in a confidential conversation regarding the above position, please apply for the role or give Simmy a call on: (phone number removed) MotorMatch LTD is advertising this vacancy in its capacity as an employment business.
