About the Role: As a Science Teacher you will: Deliver high-quality science lessons that cater to a range of abilities. Foster a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with curriculum guidelines. Support and mentor students, including those with additional learning needs.About you: Excellent communication and organisational skills. A passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic and personal growth of students. Ability to inspire and motivate children of all abilities.Location - Various locations across Dorset. Position - Secondary School Science Teacher Contract or position start date - 04/11/2024 Duration - Long term Contract or position end date (if applicable) - N/A Full time/part-time - Full time Hours - Standard working hours 8.30am-4pm (times may vary). Essential & Desirable Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status- Essential Experience of working within a similar role- Desired Evidence of, and commitment to, continuing professional development A relevant degree or higher degree qualificationTo be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must: Hold right to work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide references upon request Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
