Design Manager - Construction

An excellent opportunity is available for a Senior Design Manager to join an established tier 1 main contracting environment, where the position will be to operate across the Northeast region to suit the needs of the business. As this is a Senior level appointment you should be comfortable fulfilling the following roles / hold the relevant experience, so you can add immediate value to the existing design team. * Ability operate as the bid lead as part of the stage 2 & 3 tender process. * Operating within a role with high levels of client interface. * Proven track record delivering the pre-construction element of projects up to £30m in value. * Ability to support design management delivery on key projects. * Exposure to sectors such as various accommodation schemes, health, and education. * Have a strong background within Tier 1 or large regional main contracting within the newbuild sector.
