IGA Architect

Job DescriptionIGA Architect – SailPointLocation: London, England (Hybrid)Type: ContractDuration: 12-months (Extendable)Our customer, a global leader in technology consulting, is seeking an experienced IGA Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced identity and access governance solutions for a critical project within the finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SailPoint IGA, with a proven track record of developing and deploying comprehensive identity management systems.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement identity and access governance strategies using SailPoint.Design and maintain the architecture for identity management, access control, authentication, and authorization.Lead the deployment of SailPoint IGA solutions, including RBAC, ABAC, and privilege management.Create and optimise workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, approvals, and certifications.Collaborate with IT and development teams to integrate SailPoint solutions with existing infrastructure.Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX through risk assessments and mitigation strategies.Communicate complex IGA concepts to non-technical stakeholders and provide technical leadership.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IAM or security architecture with proven SailPoint IGA implementation.Extensive knowledge of SailPoint IGA tools and solutions.Strong understanding of access control models, identity federation, SSO, and MFA technologies.Proficiency in security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.Experience with cloud-based identity management solutions like Azure AD or AWS IAM.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
