Functional Consultant

We are looking for Kinaxis functional consultant in UK Job Description- Scope of Work: Implementation Support: Support the implementation of Kinaxis for Stock Deployment, including end-user coaching to support adoption and knowledge build of users. Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Work on enhancements and change requests on Maestro configuration, along side troubleshooting. Testing and Validation: Ensure data integrity and system performance meet predefined criteria. Review user acceptance testing feedback and address any related bugs. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Ensure knowledge transfer sessions with key stakeholders and product team. Support with comprehensive understanding of the Kinaxis system and its integration. Create comprehensive technical documentation and ensure it is regularly updated. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing technical support during the initial post-implementation phase. Troubleshoot and resolve any emerging issues to ensure smooth operation. Experience Level Required Success Criteria: Optimized system performance and reliability. Positive feedback from stakeholders and end-users on the integration process and support provided. Clear understanding of the system and it’s configuration within the Group in-house team. Preferred /Desired Skills Configuration of enhancement and change request on Maestro Knowledge transfer and on-the-job training for END CLIENT Group in-house configuration team. Updated and comprehensive system documentation. Post go-live support and issue resolution documentation
