Key Responsibilities: Identify and source top-tier legal talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations. Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in legal recruitment or a similar role is a plus. Strong knowledge of the legal industry and its various practice areas. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
