Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will work in a Supported Living and Learning Environment with young adults aged 19+ who have severe learning difficulties and challenging behavior. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing social activities to enhance quality of life * Assisting with all aspects of daily living and promoting independence * Establishing warm, caring, and supportive relationships with individuals * Encouraging and guiding supportive independence Criteria: We are seeking proactive, compassionate individuals who demonstrate: * Previous care experience * Ability to work to a rota pattern including every other weekend * Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and understanding * Motivation to learn and go the extra mile * Ability to guide and encourage supportive independence * Good interpersonal, communication, and team-working skills * An active approach to the role Safeguarding: Successful applicants will undergo pre-employment safeguarding checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
