Position: Teaching Assistant SEN/SEMHStart Date: SeptemberLocation: Schools in Lambeth, LondonPay: £85 - £110 per day (dependent on experience, location, and school)Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges? Protocol Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team in Lambeth, London. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a diverse group of students in the Primary Sector and help them achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities: Support students with a variety of additional needs in their educational journey.Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.Foster positive relationships with students to help them feel welcome and valued.Adapt learning materials to meet the individual needs of each student.Encourage and motivate students to engage actively in their learning. Desired Experience: Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students is highly desirable.A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.A genuine passion for education and helping students overcome challenges.
