Mining Planing Manager

Position:Mining Planing Manager Job Location:Serbia, Belgrade Job Requirements •Proficient in both written and spoken English •Bachelor degree's or above in mining engineering or other related majors •Over 10 years' proven experience in related mining industry, Job Descriptions Mine Planning and Design •Providing designs that are safe, technically sound, practical, economical and feasible. •In collaboration with the site teams to determine plan and input assumptions and parameters. •Develop life of mine (LOM) and short-term mine plans for both underground and open pit operations. •Execute Long term mine planning standard procedures, guidelines, standards and planning improvement initiatives at the site. Resource and Reserve Management •Resource and reserve estimation, planning and annual MRMR report. •Calculate the quantity of resources available in the mine and determine extraction methods. Operation Optimization and Continuous Improvement •Consistently conduct economic evaluations on long-term development and open pit pushbacks. •Providing inputs on the type of mining and mill equipment that should be purchased. •Monitoring ongoing mining operations and constructions to make sure everything sticks to the short-term and long-term plans. Mine Rehabilitation and Closure Planning •Contribute to mine rehabilitation and closure plans by assessing the geological stability and environmental impact. •Monitor post-mining land use and ensure compliance with regulations for land reclamation.
