Parts Advisor * Advising customers of the correct parts they require for their vehicle * Taking orders over the phone or by email * Checking availability of parts via system or physically in the warehouse * Picking parts from the warehouse for technicians and customers * Ordering parts via phone and online systems * Suppling quotes * Arranging deliveries to customers or workshops * Dealing with payments * Raising invoices and issuing receipts * Managing parts returns of unwanted or incorrect stock * Putting stock away and updating records * Managing old unit returns
