Key Responsibilities: Supporting the American Tax team and International Trade Director Full responsibility for client engagement letter process. Setting up new client forms for onboarding purposes. Manage all client calls, enquiries and emails. Maintain whiteboard workflow spreadsheet. Allocate clients to preparers. Maintain and manage list of potential new tax clients. HR: Be the first point of contact to the team from an HR perspective ie: sign off on holiday and sick leave days. Co-ordinate staff appraisals, interviews, development plan meetings. Organise any staff training. Diary and inbox management and prioritisation. Coordinate and organise internal and external stakeholder meetings. Coordinate forward logistics for team (hot desk booking, set up and stationary). Arrange international meeting booking across numerous time zones for travel, both local and international time zones (predominately Commonwealth markets). Event and venue preparation, including managing room structure, guest reception, name tags, organise collateral, catering, slide/AV test, follow ups, etc. Travel booking and amendments using our internal travel service. Requirements: Work in a team and step up to lead activities when required. Good structure and ability to operate with flexibility. Sensitivity and connection with global cultures.
