Technical Support & Training Engineer

A key client of mine who are a manufacturer of life safety control systems are on the look out for a Technical Support & Training Engineer to join their growing team. This role will be primarily home based with travel expected across the South of England. Key requirements: Fire industry experience Understanding of fire alarm systems Previous experience with comissioning or servicing fire systemsKey responsibilities: Deliver product training to both staff and customers Provide telephone, email and field support to customers and staff Develop and improve training Assist in validation of new productsThe successful individual will be joining a organisation who are an industry leader at the top of their market.
