Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team in London & Kent (Orpington office). * Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps * Full UK driving licence * Excel – intermediate Users * Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting * Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors * Previous experience of working with bill of quants, schedules of rates, design and build contracts etc. * Previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred * Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent The Quantity Surveyor would be required to oversee and manage the projects, assess project costs and budgets, be self-motivated with good communication and organisation skills, be able to work independently or in a team.
