We're currently working with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, specialising in Adult Residential care supporting those with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours.
They're looking for a qualified Registered Manager for a new home, opening in January 2025
Responsibilities
The main role is to lead and oversee a team in providing high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with autism and complex needs, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe environment.
Individualized care plans will be developed and best practices in behavioral support will be implemented.
Collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and external agencies is essential to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, along with a proven track record in managing services for individuals with autism and complex behaviors. Strong leadership abilities and a dedication to providing compassionate and inclusive care are essential.
