Finance Manager - Fast Growing SME

Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations related to all productions and installations. Manage VAT compliance and reporting for the UK and Ireland. Handle payroll processes for the UK and Ireland. Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs. Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes. Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Ensure compliance with RCT (Relevant Contracts Tax) and CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) regulations. Essential Criteria you need to apply: Proven experience in construction finance. In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations in the UK and Ireland. Proficiency in managing payroll for the UK and Ireland. Strong experience in preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs. Expertise in budgeting and forecasting. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a finance team. Familiarity with RCT and CIS regulations. Cashflow forecasting and FX hedging. Desirable Criteria: Experience in European construction finance. Knowledge of VAT regulations across Europe.
