Multi Trader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trader to join our team, specializing in work on void flats. The ideal candidate will be proficient in kitchen fitting and a range of remedial works. You will play a key role in ensuring that void properties are brought up to a high standard, ready for occupancy. Key Responsibilities: - Kitchen Fitting: Install new kitchens, including cabinetry, worktops, and tiling. - Remedial Work: Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including plastering, painting, carpentry, and general handyman duties. - Property Preparation: Ensure all void flats are completed to a high standard and in line with company and safety regulations. - Problem Solving: Identify and rectify any issues that may arise during the renovation process. - Health & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications & Experience: - Proven experience as a Multi Trader, with a strong background in kitchen fitting and general remedial work. - Relevant qualifications in carpentry, plumbing, or a related trade are highly desirable. - A good understanding of health and safety regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Full UK driving license is required. - Must have own PPE and tools.
