Finance Manager – VC Backed – Tech – LondonSalary: £75,000 - £80,000 - Plus excellent benefits including bonus and share optionsHybrid working model with 2-3 days per week in their London office.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing VC backed Tech company who are looking for a fully qualified Finance Manager. This role will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, to further develop the finance function, systems, and processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy of the financial statements, including liaising with external auditorsTake over day to day management of wider finance team reporting into the Group FCYou will build, lead, and maintain the finance function, defining processes and proceduresConsolidation of financials for group P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowManagement of compliance and audit processes & proceduresproducing and interpreting financial reporting both internally and externally when needed, managing the year end audit processSupport Group FC on various ad-hoc projectsEssential Background:Qualified accountant with a solid technical understanding of accounting principles and practices. Ideally top 10 trained (ACA).Experience working in a fast-growth environment.Tech/SAAS experienceStakeholder management and communication skillsStrong excel skillsExperience with Accounting Software packages (NetSuite)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
