Technical Business Analyst, PAS and Claims - Lloyd's of London/London Market Specialty Insurance - Permanent - Hybrid/London
Technical Business Analyst with experience in supporting Sequel Platform is required for a specialty insurer that's taking upon an exciting Agile driven transformation. Excellent understanding of the London Market business processes and experience working on PAS and claims solutions is essential for the role.
You will be part of their product squad team, and its main focus will be supporting their Sequel Product Suite and help with the configurations and ongoing upgrades of the systems.
The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day technical and business needs of the servicing platforms and play an important role in helping to define future requirements as the company is constantly looking to improve and transform their technology and offerings.
The role is permanent, offering up to £70,000 base salary + benefits and requires 3 days working from their office in London.
Producing high quality analysis, adhering to the required standards, processes, and governance, providing clear & concise feedback & make efficient suggestions for improvement
Clearly understand processes from technical & users' perspective & their impact on the business
Work closely with delivery teams & translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Ensure robust business user testing is performed and signed off at the business and senior IT levels
~ Business Analyst experience within specialty insurance and previously worked on Policy Admin and Claims Systems
Experience in data models, APIs and SQL
Experience in Kanban & Scrum, as well as Agile methodology
