Fraud Fee Earner

Role – Fraud Fee Earner Firm Our client is a leading Legal 500 defendant insurance heavyweight, looking to expand the fraud team with a strong fee earner – either qualified or non-qualified depending on your experience. The firm works on behalf of a wide variety of insurance clients and handles a vast array of claims in personal injury, fraud, corporate risk and many other sectors. It is a premium outfit with extremely well-established tenders and panel seats, with scope for this to increase. Role The successful candidate will: Run a caseload of litigated RTA fraud files from inception to settlement These cases include bogus passenger claims, MIB, credit hire fraud, fraudulent exaggeration, induced accidents, LVI and late notification claims Work in tandem with your team leader and lead solicitors to achieve the best possible results Ideal Candidate Suitably qualified – established fee earner, solicitor or CILEX Experience of handling RTA pre-litigated and/or litigated caseload An understanding of insurance litigation practice and processes together with indemnity principles Knowledge of the litigation process/working knowledge of the CPR Strong advocacy skills Benefits Excellent working from home schedule – 4 days a week from home. 35 hours per week Progression and development opportunities available to all staff after passing probation period.
