Project Manager

The Deluxe Group have been providing bespoke joinery services internationally for over 50 years. The Companys significant growth over recent years has meant investment in a new state of the art manufacturing facility and Head Office in Portadown. We continue to provide high end quality fit out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Commercial Offices, and Theme Parks. The Deluxe Group has a deserved reputation as a quality player in its chosen markets of bespoke joinery, fit-out, theming, and marine. Contracts Manager Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an additional Project Manager to join our tea. This position is based at our Head Office, Portadown, Co. Armagh. Your role as a Project Manager: Lead a number of projects at any one time. Liaise with Clients, Site Managers, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects. Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion. Organise & co-ordinate all project requirements e.g. materials, resources, logistics etc. Deliver all projects on time, within budget and of exceptional quality. Identify subcontractors, as necessary. Provide regulator progress updates and reports to management. Ensure compliance of all necessary Health and Safety requirements. To succeed in this this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role preferably within Fit Out. A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team. Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues. Flexibility to travel to site (mainland UK) as and when required which may be 1 day per week/fortnight depending on project requirements.
