Based in our office in Cleator Moor, West Cumbria, you'll connect with top talent and work with some of the biggest names in the industry. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be the go-to person for finding and connecting the best talent with fantastic opportunities within the Nuclear industry. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: - Learn about the nuclear industry - don't worry, we'll train you! - Talk to candidates - build relationships and match them to the right roles. - Attract and build relationships with candidates through job boards and networking (referrals). - Manage your candidates throughout the recruitment process, helping them land their next big opportunity. - Stay ahead by researching industry trends and keeping an eye on the competition. Who You Are We're not looking for recruitment experience - we want people who are ready to dive in and learn. If you've worked in customer service or sales, or you're just great at communicating and building relationships, this could be a perfect fit for you.
