Senior HR Business Partner, North West, up to c£90,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, 12 month fixed term contract. Our client is an iconic prestigious brand, renowned for their quality and unwavering commitment to excellence. As they continue to evolve, they are seeking a talented HR Business Partner to join their HR team and support the development of their HR service offering. As the HR Partner to their shared service function, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, taking the lead in fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture and executing the organisation's people plan. By engaging closely with employees and customers, you will play a crucial role in influencing positive change and ensuring that people are at the heart of decision-making processes. Additionally, you will spearhead organisational design and development activities to drive a high performing culture and implement plans to cultivate an inclusive work environment where diverse talent can truly thrive. Ideally with experience of working as a HR Business Partner in a customer driven business or contact centre environment, you are an inspiring and motivational leader with strong analytic skills and the ability to use data, insights and dashboards to inform decision making. You have a proven ability to lead complex change projects, communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels with a strategic mindset, coupled with the capability to transform business objectives into tangible HR strategies.
