Facilities Manager

Position: Facilities Manager Role: Permanent Location: Blackpool Salary: £40,000 (with car allowance) 26 days + bank holidays rising with service Key Responsibilities: * Manage a team delivering Hard FM services within PFI properties. * Oversee FM services, including Health & Safety, budgets, compliance, and lifecycle management. * Liaise with building occupiers and handle complaints, security, and health concerns. * Lead formal inspections, risk assessments, and collaborate on building management. Overseeing health and safety, budgeting compliance, PPM/RW/ lifecycle, and lead a team of site supervisors and subcontractors. Requirements: * Extensive experience in facilities management within a PFI/LIFT environment. * BIFM Intermediate qualification, IOSH Management Safety Certificate, and Legionella Management preferred. * Strong communication, budgeting, and commercial skills Some more of what is on offer!
