Technical Coordinator, East Sussex* An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Coordinator to join bespoke and quality driven residential main contractor in Sussex. This is an office-based role within a reputable business that pride themselves on looking after their staff and with plans in place to facilitate further growth, this is an exciting time to join. As the Technical Coordinator, you will responsible for: Coordinating all technical information on the projects Checking and approving drawings Liaising with all key stakeholders Attending progress meetings Preparing and monitoring of technical specificationsThe successful candidate will work closely with both the Technical and the commercial department as well as regular liaison with site and manufacturing teams. Experience working on off-site construction is desirable. The most suitable individuals will be existing Technical or Design coordinators working for either a developer or a contractor with an up to date understanding of UK building regulations. Job running Architects or Technologists will also be considered. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals to progress their careers within a growing contractor that encourages progression and rewards hard work.
