They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join the team. As a Business Analyst, you will be a crucial member of the multi-functional teams, working on cutting-edge digital projects within the utilities industry. Key Responsibilities:Engage with users and stakeholders, mapping their needs and developing personasFoster stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships with change managersCollect user feedback and facilitate the feedback loop within the teamSupport the Product Owner in updating the value framework and refining roadmapsApply business frameworks, develop and track KPIs, and prepare value reviewsDrive the digital transformation process, including understanding and mapping processesOwn user stories, perform user acceptance criteria, and support backlog managementLead detailed analysis, identify key requirements, and manage stakeholder engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams and challenge senior stakeholders when necessaryAdvocate for the business with strong communication and presentation skillsRequirements:3-5 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environmentStrong consultancy background in large consultancies eg BIG 4, MBBTechnical education/background (engineering, actuarial, financial management, etc.)Experience or understanding of Utilities domain Passion for or understanding of the digital landscape, including data science and AIStrong communication skills and client-facing experience (consultancy experience is a plus)Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (PO/Scrum Master/Agile certification is a plus)Excellent technical writing, presentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop successful relationships at all levels and work collaborativelyDesirable:Skills or passion for programming, data science, or other digital environmentsBusiness analysis certifications from recognized bodies (BCS, BABOK, Agile PO)Good understanding of the technology marketplace and emerging technologiesPlease apply with your most up to date CV, or email
