Csutomer Success Executive

Hybrid, Belfast

Up to £35,000 + OTE


My client is a successful software provider here in Northern Ireland. They are looking for a motivated individual with a background in Account Management or Customer Success to join their highly successful and talented team in the Belfast office.


As part of the Customer Success team, you'll own existing accounts, bring on new partners/customers, and foster long-term partnerships. The role provides significant opportunities to build on current customer relationships to grow existing accounts and great career progression opportunities to take on larger accounts and more responsibility.


As a Customer Success Executive, you will:

  • Manage multiple customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities and solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms for new product lines and ongoing accounts.
  • Attend customer meetings, conferences, and exhibitions (primarily in the UK).
  • Share knowledge, assist junior employees, and contribute to organizational development.
  • Anticipate customer needs, drive growth opportunities, and provide product support.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver new opportunities and align with customer expectations.


What you need:

  • A degree in a business or IT field.
  • Good communication, while being comfortable with customer interactions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technology, consulting, or insurance/financial/utilities.
  • Experience managing and maximizing profitability in B2B relationships.
  • Target-driven mindset, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
