We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced marketer to take the reins on brand communications and customer marketing strategy—boosting brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting ambitious growth targets.

?? They need someone to inject fresh energy and innovative ideas into their marketing approach.
?? You'll be managing a team of 2 experienced marketeers.
Key responsibilities include:
?? Designing and implementing brand communication strategies across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
?? Leading multi-channel customer marketing campaigns.
?? Creating impactful digital campaigns across Search, CRM, Display, Social, Influencer & Content.
?? Managing relationships with agencies (PR, Social, Digital, Shopper).
?? Leading, developing, and growing the team (starting with 2 direct reports).
What we're looking for:
?? Minimum 10 years of marketing experience.
?? Significant experience in Customer Marketing within the FMCG sector.
?? Proven track record in managing teams and agencies.
?? Strong digital marketing expertise is essential.
?? Experience in brand marketing is a plus.
