Our client specialises in corporate, financial, and commercial law, offering expertise across a range of areas including commercial disputes, employment and immigration, regulatory issues, intellectual property, and real estate.
They are currently looking for an exceptional Real Estate Lawyer to join their dynamic and ambitious team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced and dedicated legal professional with a strong background in commercial property law and a commitment to building and maintaining client relationships. You will handle a variety of transactions and provide advisory services across diverse sectors, particularly focusing on major developers, energy projects, and the education and public sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and handle a wide range of real estate transactions. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of service delivery. - Work closely with clients in sectors such as construction, energy, education, and public sectors. - Collaborate with the wider team to support the growth of the real estate practice. - Contribute to business development efforts by deepening relationships with existing clients and reaching out to potential new clients.
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience in commercial property law. - Strong understanding of the importance of client relationships and business development. - Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality legal advice. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
