Finance Manager

Finance Manager Circa £45k per annum + package Chichester, West Sussex Our client is a leading manufacturing and production company based close to Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting to the Directors of the company, you will be tasked with overseeing and advising on all financial matters within the organisation and will also play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. Key Responsibilities: Management of the Finance team. Sales & Purchase ledger support and operations. Manage bank activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card statements. Presenting weekly and monthly financial updates to the Directors. Financial budgeting. Provide financial and statistical reporting, including KPIs. Providing stock valuation and manufacturing cost reports. Implement changes in financial policies and procedures, if necessary. To be the Finance point of contact to the rest of the business.Experience: Experience in a similar finance role essential. Ideally should have a manufacturing background. Excellent reporting and communication skills. Microsoft Office software experience (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). A high level of organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
