This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate looking for a technically challenging role within a well recognised organisation. Role & Responsibilities: Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows High standard of communication internally and externally Required Skills & Experience: Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management Knowledge of installation of windows and doors Desirables Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required: CSCS Card First aid at work Asbestos Awareness trained SMSTS (preferred) Excellent people management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem solving and analytical thinking In return for your commitment my client offers a stable and secure career for a technically motivated site manager.
