Senior .NET Developer

Overview:Our client, a leading tier one commodities client who are an established start up business are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team to work on some of the their new exciting greenfield projects.Role & Responsibilities:Developing systems to support the trading function including a Risk System (distributed system with multiple components) which connects to multiple exchanges, reads trades in real-time, calculates Risk/PnL and displays information to traders in required format, as well as allowing various other trader required functions.Requirements:Strong .NET 6+ experienceStrong SQL experienceFront end development experience in React, Vue, Angular or similarStrong unit and integration testing experienceExperience with defect reporting / tracking / management frameworks e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOpsExperience working in an agile environment with the ability communicate effectively with team membersKnowledge of common design patternsExperience in deploying/troubleshooting applications at least one of the following cloud environments: Azure, AWS or GCPOpen to also working in Python and React (even if not experienced in these)Desirable:Experience in trading or finance domainReact experience including ReduxPython experienceSQL query optimisationDockerExperience in deploying/troubleshooting applications specifically in a Microsoft Azure environment (including SQL Azure, Web Apps, Service Bus)Azure DevOpsWebsockets/SignalR experienceExperience with FIX protocolPackage / Benefits: £90,000 - £120,000 Basic Salary25 days annual leaveA gym membership with one of our partnered gyms, alternatively you can claim up to £80 worth of gym expenses per month.AXA business health which includes services such as Doctor at hand, an online GP service.Life assurancePension – 7%Season ticket loan to cover the cost of travelling to and from the office.
