Financial Controller

You're an experienced Financial Controller with a background in big businesses. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead your team to transform and professionalise this growing business, but crucially you won't be afraid to roll up your sleeves. As you'd expect, you will be a strong leader and communicator, with experience of implementing best practice in a large-scale organisation to make sure this business is fit for their next stage of growth. You are the kind of person to get stuck in from day one, you'll roll up your sleeves and take charge of all things finance. You're experienced in joining somewhere and making a positive impact on day one, not sit around waiting for direction from the CFO. You'll be right in the heart of it all, ensuring everything runs smoothly and leading from the front. We're looking for someone with serious experience, someone who's seen it all. You'll need to confidently manage everything from year-end processes to financial reporting without needing constant oversight.
