We are so excited to be working with a charming 2 Rosette restaurant located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. They are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their team in creating a variety of award-winning dishes that celebrate the seasons.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Sous Chef
£37,000 per annum plus gratuities on top
Working 48 hours per week, straight shifts
Cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Working closely alongside an excellent Head Chef
Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
Creating a selection of stunning, seasonal dishes
Working effectively as part of a team to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
Going above and beyond to perfect culinary skills and techniques
Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
Making the most of the restaurants access to freshly picked ingredients
As the Sous Chef, you will have access to a variety of fresh, seasonal produce that has been grown in the restaurants spectacular kitchen garden and sourced from the very best local suppliers. Therefore, this is a wonderful opportunity to create a wide array of dishes from delicious breakfasts, light lunches, intimate dinners and afternoon tea treats.
