The Client:

A lovely international investment firm are looking for a proactive and personable Receptionist to work alongside one other receptionist in a busy but collaborative office.

The Role:

Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answering all incoming calls, taking messages and transferring accordingly
• Arranging meeting rooms and ensuring the booking system is up to date
• Ensuring the reception area and kitchens are kept neat and tidy
• Arranging couriers and sorting mail
• Keeping stock of office supplies, stationery and any catering
• Ad hoc assistance to Office Manager and HR

The successful Receptionist will:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Be proactive and happy to muck-in
• Be highly organized and able to remain calm under pressure
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The Details and Benefits:

• Hours are shifted – either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, rotating with the other receptionist weekly
• Salary up to £45k, depending on experience
• Fully office-based
