About the role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team! You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils, working closely with teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons. You will have the opportunity to lead small groups, provide tailored interventions, and cover classes as needed, making a real difference in the educational journey of young learners. The role is full-time and long-term, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. Application Requirements: • Holds HLTA status or equivalent qualification. • Has experience working in a primary school setting, preferably across KS1 and KS2. • Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills. • Is passionate about helping students reach their full potential. • Can communicate effectively with both staff and parents. • Is flexible, creative, and ready to embrace new challenges. Key Responsibilities: • Work alongside teachers to support learning in the classroom. • Plan and lead small group activities and interventions. • Take responsibility for covering classes when needed. • Support children in achieving their individual educational goals. • Build positive relationships with students, fostering a supportive learning environment.
