Job Requirements / Description
New urgent role working as a Construction Manager to act as a No.1 on site for a facade strip/re-cladding project up to £6m in value. In order for candidates to be selected for this role they must have a background managing render, rainscreen, decking & timber cladding packages. Also client facing qualities along with a well versed understanding of fire safety regulations would be essential. This contract will be for a minimum of 12 months with a view to start asap.
