About the Role : This role involves assisting both new and existing clients in identifying opportunities to enhance their business through automation, AI, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have outstanding analytical abilities, a strategic approach, and the capability to influence stakeholders at various levels. A profound understanding of current and emerging technologies, along with extensive experience in business process improvement, is essential for this position. Responsibilities : Client Engagement: Partner with clients to evaluate their business operations, systems, and processes, identifying optimization opportunities through digital solutions (Automation, AI, Analytics). Create and deliver customized digital transformation strategies and roadmaps. Pre-Sales: Lead customer proposals by identifying, costing, and recommending digital technologies, platforms, and tools to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making. Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and effectively present capabilities and solutions. Technology and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices. Develop market propositions and provide the Sales team with the necessary tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives. Core Competencies : Business Development: Extensive multi-sector experience in a fast-paced CX, BPO, or Hi-Tech/Digital sales environment, with a proven track record in delivering client proposals and presentations. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead local and global virtual teams of internal colleagues and external partners, producing high-quality inputs for bids, internal governance, and audits. Analysis: Skilled in diagnosing situations or problems, breaking down work and products, and applying design thinking tools and methods to discover new possibilities and create compelling business cases. Selling: Expertise in crafting value message statements, identifying win themes and customer priorities, developing stakeholder relationships, building partner alliances, and supporting deals to closure. Technical Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Over 10 years in software development and/or digital transformation, with at least 5 years in a pre-sales role. Design Thinking: Practical experience using design thinking tools and methods to analyze problems and create solution artifacts. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Client Relations: Ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with sales teams. Proposal Development: Experience in responding to complex RFPs and crafting customized proposals.
