We at Staffco Direct are actively recruiting for HGV1 / LGV1 / CE / Class 1-Day drivers based in Northampton. We are looking for highly motivated, flexible drivers who can take on the company s ethos and assist us in the support of our client s day to day operation.
The Job:
- The role will involve palletised deliveries, curtain side, fork unload
- Nationwide deliveries
- Average shift length: 8-10 hours
- Monday Friday.
- 04:00-07:00 starts
- Immediate starts available.
- 8 Hours Guaranteed
Pay Rates:
Umbrella rates-
- Monday Friday AM £17ph plus holiday
- Monday Friday PM £18ph plus holiday
Please note, advertised rates include holiday pay
What we are looking for:
- HGV1/ LGV1 UK issued License is required (Minimum 1 year)
- Current and Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
- No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes)
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
- Great communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Customer service focused.
- Well-presented
- Physically fit
