Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed Building Surveys and Technical Due Diligence (TDD) reports.
- Manage dilapidations processes, delivering expert recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive Schedules of Condition.
- Develop and implement Planned Maintenance Programmes (PMP) to increase asset value.
- Handle Party Wall negotiations and resolutions.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
- RICS or AssocRICS Chartered Building Surveyor (or equivalent) certification is essential.
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of professional surveying experience.
- Strong report writing and project management skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
