Your role will be crucial in supporting the daily functioning of the school, from repairs and maintenance to assisting with site security. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs across the school site. Support with the management of school facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment. Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment for school events and activities. Monitor and maintain the school's security, including locking up and opening the premises. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are adhered to, conducting routine checks and reporting any issues. Work closely with the site team to manage deliveries, stock, and general upkeep of the building.The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience in a facilities or site assistant role, preferably in a school setting. Demonstrate a strong understanding of health and safety procedures. Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Have good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
