Site Manager

My client is an award winning building contractor looking to recruit a No.1 Site Manager for their business. This role would suit an experienced manager with knowledge of running jobs from inception to completion to 5m. This scheme is working on a school conducting a refurbishment project. Experience of working on schools would be advantageous but not essential. You must possess SMSTS and First Aid and a full DBS although the DBS can be arranged in advance if not in possession currently. My client offers excellent car allowances and a generous package. Please send a CV in the first instance. This role would not suit managers with out and out residential experience as the next scheme is likely to be a commercial refurb or new build. This would suit a manager within an hours distance of Filey.
