Retail and Warehousing Tutor

ROLE PURPOSE Based on the outskirts of the M25 North, St Albans area, working from home, the successful applicant will deliver a blend of face to face, remote and workshop delivery which will involve traveling to various sites and geographical locations delivering Apprenticeship Standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The main competency required for this role is Supply Chain Level 3, and Team Leading Level 3. Some of the required skills and abilities to perform this role include the ability to: * Communicate at all levels within a business. * Motivate individuals through achievement of their Standard and the understanding of how to set SMART targets. * Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy to support learners. * Motivate yourself and manage your own diary. * Work to and meet set targets in delivery ROLE REQUIREMENTS Must Have Driving Licence and Car Benefits: Competitive Salary + 21 days holiday (plus Christmas shutdown) + pension, Company laptop and mobile phone provided.
