Senior Architect | AJ100 | Large Resi schemes | £50-60k

We are looking to recruit a senior architect with experience on large-scale London residential or mixed-use schemes to join a mid-sized AJ100 practice with a real focus on staff well being and a healthy work-life balance. The CompanyOur client are mid-sized (50 people) AJ100 practice in Central London who are specialist in mid-large scale mixed-use buildings. The projects include new build schemes as well as work with existing buildings/listed buildings.They have a great reputation for looking after their staff. Staff turnover is low, overtime is rare and progression/promotions are common.They have an amazing benefits package (see below) and excellent work-life balanceThe OpportunityThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Architect or Senior architect with experience on mid-large resi schemes to work on a wider range of project types across a range of sectors, to experience an excellent work-life balance and take a leading role on a 500 unit resi scheme with a team of up to 8 people.The Requirements:Qualified architect (ARB)Experience using RevitExperience working on UK based projects and good knowledge of the UK building regsExperience working on RIBA stages 3 and 4Experience running jobs or packagesAn interest in working on mid-large scale projectsSalary and PackageSalary of £48,000 - £60,000 depending on experience2 days per week working from home and flexible working hours35 hour work weekPrivate medical insuranceEnhanced maternity/paternity paymentsProfessional subscriptions paidCycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, eye testsFor this Senior architect position, Candidates with notice periods up to 2 months will be considered.
