Breakfast Chef A la Carte Central London Up to £38,000 45hrs per week I am looking for an A la Carte Breakfast Chef with 2 to 3 Rosette experience. Required to run this high-quality breakfast service for up to 40 covers in a Fine Dining restaurant setting. All items butchered & made on site such as Black Pudding, Sausages, bacon etc. Also assist in the preparation for later services.
