Site Manager High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone

Are you a Site Manager with experience in stonework, looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Site Manager to oversee a variety of high-end interior and exterior natural stone projects.

You will work with Tier 1 contractors, developers, and fit-out companies, managing on-site operations for projects from start to finish, focusing on high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation. Projects range from £1m to £4m, offering the chance to lead prestigious developments and work with top industry names.

Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site operations for high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation projects, with values up to £4 million
• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on-site and that all necessary risk assessments are completed
• Monitor site progress, keeping the project team updated on key milestones and any potential issues
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets client specifications and industry standards
• Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports and safety documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end fit-out, tiling, or stone projects
• Experience in managing masonry, natural stone, architectural stonework, paving, or stone refurbishment projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in site management software and Microsoft Office
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

In Return:
