Business Systems Manager - Salesforce

We’re looking for a skilled Platform Owner to join our dynamic team and take charge of our strategic business platforms, focusing on Salesforce, NetSuite, and integration technologies. Leading & Optimising: Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success. Integrating & Managing: Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity. Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations. Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience. Technical Expertise: Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of NetSuite and integration technologies. A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customization, and integration, with experience in NetSuite. Knowledge of Apex coding, Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies is a plus. Certifications: Salesforce and NetSuite certifications are desirable.
