The successful Business Offshoring Lead will review and understand operational processes that will be offshored and understand timelines, volume and resource needed.
- Review and understand operational processes that will be offshored
- Understand timelines, volume and resource needed
- Identify and implement area of improvement in current process
- Document into an SOP and be able to recreate the process
- Gather workflow requirements to ensure Indian team get visibility of work and workload stat is measured
- Roll out with Indian colleagues in conjunction of business priorities and offshoring plan
