Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop sustainability strategies across various projects. Leverage your IES expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance environmental performance. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, bringing new business opportunities to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into all aspects of operations. Mentor and develop junior staff to build a strong sustainability culture within the organization.Ideal candidate: Chartered Engineer with a strong background in sustainability and environmental engineering. Extensive experience in IES, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Existing client relationships that can be leveraged to generate new business. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
